20 May 2010 - The new Government has today decided to suspend the requirement for Home Information Packs, with effect from tomorrow, 21 May 2010.  This means that home owners will no longer need to have a Hip for selling their home.  Home owners will still require an Energy Performance Certificate, which they should order before marketing begins, and should have this in place within 28 days of marketing.  

We provide Energy Performance Certificates, at a cost of £55 for home with up to 5 bedrooms.
