EPC 

If you are planning to put your home on the market, you'll need an EPC, we can carry this out for you.  You need to order it before you can market your home, and have it in place within 28 days of getting your home on the market.

You have the peace of mind from knowing you will receive a first class service, and we won’t keep you waiting for days on end to receive the EPC; our aim is to have the report to you within 48 hours from when you get in touch.  We charge £55 for an EPC if your property has up to 5 bedrooms, and £65 for 6 bedrooms.  If your home has more than 6 bedrooms, we will be happy to provide you with a tailored quotation.
