Services for Landlords and Letting Agents

Rented properties will require an EPC at the first change of tenant after October 2008.  The EPC is valid for 10 years and can be re-used for each new tenant within those 10 years. 

We are able to carry out EPCs on your properties in County Durham, Tyne and Wear and Northumberland.

Fees

Fees are £55 per EPC on standard homes, up to 5 bedrooms.  Non standard homes, with 6 bedrooms or more, cost from £65 each EPC.  We offer a discount when you instruct us for more than one EPC; your first EPC is charged at £55 and any subsequent EPCs are charged at £45.  We would invoice you on a monthly basis for any EPC instructions you give us.
