About Us

We are a small, family run business.  We are qualified and licensed to work as Domestic Energy Assessors, producing Energy Performance Certificates on existing residential properties. 

We will carry out your EPC inspection ourselves, at the earliest possible convenience.  We hope that you'll find us both professional and approachable, and we really look forward to working with you.

We work in the North East of England, covering County Durham, Tyne and Wear and Northumberland.
