About Us

We are a small, family run business.  We are both qualified and licensed to work as Domestic Energy Assessors. 

We wanted to set up as Home Information Pack providers to take some of the hassle out of the process for all of our clients.  Whilst working as Domestic Energy Assessors, we realised that not many individual home owners know that they can source their own pack, and they were relying on Estate Agents or Solicitors to do this for them.  The Agents and Solicitors were struggling to find the time and motivation to source local, reliable, efficient people to provide their packs.  And so, we decided to step up from providing just the Energy Performance Certificate, to offering the whole HIP. 

Our aim is to have your pack ready within 7-10 working days, and sooner where at all possible, and we will immediately provide you with the documentation you need in order to market your home before the pack is complete.  If there are any delays to your pack, we will make sure you are the first to know.  We will carry out your EPC inspection ourselves, at the earliest possible convenience.  We hope that you'll find us both professional and approachable, and we really look forward to working with you.
